How do I schedule an appointment?
3 ways you could make an appointment with us. Our staff will call you as early as possible to schedule a time for visit.

Do you provide services other than English?
We have providers who speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
How soon can I get an appointment?
For new patient, our staff will collect necessary information to verify your insurance. Appointment will be scheduled sooner. Commonly, we schedule the visit in the same week. For any urgent request, same day or weekend appointment is available.
What hours are available for appointment?
Appointments are typically scheduled during standard office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Or walk in with no appointment required.
How often are patients seen?
Typically, home-bound patients are seen monthly. If any unexpected issue that requests attention, we may see you more often.
Do I call you if I’m experiencing medical emergency?
You may call our service at any time. But for any life-threatening emergency, please call 911 as soon as possible.
What in-home services do you provide?
We provide services that you would receive in a primary care doctor’s office setting and much more. This includes physical examination, laboratory services, and referrals to home health agencies, in-home diagnostic testing (EKG, X-ray, ultrasound, et al.), and medical equipment ordering.
What areas do you service?
Our home visit services cover Detroit and Ann Arbor area including surrounding cities.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
You may still see your primary care doctor as scheduled. No conflict between primary care doctor and home visiting provider. We provide either monthly visit in between your primary care doctor’s appointments or temporary visits as needed.
If you don’t have a primary care doctor, we can be your primary care provider.
How do I qualify for home service?
A few criteria have to be met to qualify home visiting services. Please call us to determine if you are qualified for the services.
What insurance do you accept? And do I have to pay for the service?
We accept most insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance. Traditional Medicare policies will cover 80% of services, and remaining 20% could be covered by secondary or supplemental insurance such as Medicaid.
